Yes. eero PoE 6, eero PoE 7, and eero PoE Gateway are also interoperable with non-eero PoE devices.
How long does it take to install eero PoE 6 and eero PoE 7?
The time it takes will vary depending on installation of the wired infrastructure. Once Ethernet cable installation is complete, setup is easy and can be completed within minutes.
Will eero PoE Gateway, eero PoE 6, and eero PoE 7 work with my existing Wifi devices? What if my Wifi devices are not Wi-Fi 7 compatible?
eero PoE 6, eero PoE 7, and eero PoE Gateway are compatible with previous eero generations, including Wi-Fi 5 eero devices. However, combining eero PoE 6 or eero PoE 7 with older generation eero devices on the same network may reduce performance across the network. For the best performance, we recommend making the latest generation eero the network gateway.
